Abstract. The article is devoted to the problems of legal culture of the public prosecutor’s decisions, accepted by him in the course of criminal proceedings. In the article we consider the definition legal culture and basic requirements, observance of which will provide the high level of the public prosecutor’s procedural decisions, as well as the main requirements, which implementation ensure the high level of effectiveness of procedural acts of a certain participant of the criminal-legal relationships.
