Abstract. The article presents a review on the basic approaches to defining the importance of legal procedure in the course of the human rights and freedom realization which reveals the urgency of the topic under discussion. The author underlines that the lack of thoroughly-defined legal procedure to establish human rights and freedoms results in inefficiency of state structure activities.
