Abstract. The author states that the constitutional legislation reforms of the Austrian imperial monarchy were generated in the period of 1860–1867 and works out the detailed description of its stages. The materials from the history of the constitutional laws creation in Habsburgian Austria is presented in Russian scientific sources for the first time.
