ON COMPENSATION OF A MORAL DAMAGE IN CASE OF VIOLATION OF AN INDIVIDUAL’S RIGHT TO INVIOLABILITY OF APPEARANCE

Abstract. Different points of view on a possibility of compensation for a moral damage are considered in the article. The legislation on compensation for the moral damage is analyzed. The criteria of determination of financial compensation’s amount for the moral damage injured to an individual by violation of his right to the inviolability of the appearance are proposed in this paper. Some recommendations on improving legislation in this area are also given in the article.
