Abstract. The articles presents the results of analysis aimed at further development of moral harm indemnification mechanism concerning conditions and grounds of responsibility for causing moral harm to terrorism victims. The author makes some suggestions in terms of the civil legislation improvement on the right to indemnification for moral harm to victims of terrorism.
