Abstract. The paper focuses on identifying specific problems related to the formation of representations of professional property liability, conditioned by the necessity of its emergence and implementation. The author offers the solution considering the specific type and industrial reference of professional property liability insurance, as well as the consequences of failure or improper performance of obligations by insurance parties.
