Abstract. The present article is devoted to some issues on the contract law system in Russia and Canada. The contract law, as the institute of obligation of civil law, plays a considerable role in enterprise relations’ development in Russia and Canada. New mixed kinds of civil-law contracts have appeared, and the existing enterprise contracts are being improved. The specificity of Canadian Law of contracts is thought to be dependent on regulations at a regional level.
