ON THE ISSUE OF UNIFICATION OF THE RUSSIAN LEGISLATION ON JOINT-STOCK COMPANIES WITH EU LEGISLATION

Abstract. The EU is the largest investor in the Russian economy, and Russia takes the third place of the basic trading partner of incorporated Europe, conceding only to China and the USA on import to the EU, both the USA and Switzerland – on export from the EU. In this connection the necessity to comprehend and perfect the Russian legislation in the field of corporate regulation comes, by adjusting it to corresponding standards of legislation of the EU countries which is more developed in every respect.
