Abstract. This article is dedicated to the issue of humanitarian intervention legality. The intricacy of this issue is caused by a combination of the universally accepted principle not to use force in international relations and a growing conviction that international community cannot stand aside when murders, sufferings, gross and mass violations of human rights are taking place in any country.
