ON THE PROBLEMS OF HOMICIDES LEGAL TREATMENTS CONJUGATED WITH OTHER ACTUAL CRIMINAL ACTS

Abstract. The article analyses debatable points of homicides legal treatment committed in the course or after another crime perpetration. The author marks the shortcomings of the active wording of Article 17 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation that defines a concept of accumulation. He also criticizes the use of the phrase «accumulated crimes» as a qualifying instance in some points of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Code by the law-maker.
