PREJUDICE IN INVESTIGATING TAX CRIMES

Abstract. The article describes the main challenges in implementing prejudicial evidence during the investigation of tax crimes. Having analyzed tax trials the author makes some recommendations to improve the enforcement mechanism in such cases.
