PROBLEMS OF STATE LEGAL COERCION’S CLASSIFICATION

Abstract. This article contains original classification of state legal coercion, based upon state legal coercion’s method of application. The author also divides state legal coercion into common (regulatory) and special (casual). It is written with a view to current scientific controversies of the above mentioned issue.
