THE NEW FORM OF CARRYING OUT OF GENERAL MEETING OF PARTICIPANTS OF A SOCIETY WITH LIMITED LIABILITY – REPRESENTATION ONE PERSON OF ALL PARTICIPANTS OF A SOCIETY

Abstract. In article the attention to the question on possibility of carrying out of general meeting of participants of a society with limited liability with the assistance of one person representing by proxy interests of all participants of a society is brought. The author does a conclusion, that general meeting carrying out in the similar form is not settled by the law, but also it is not forbidden. The author considers, that carrying out of general meeting in the form of participation of one authorized representative could be claimed and suggests adding the Federal Law «About societies with limited liability» the norms regulating activity of meeting in such form.
