THEORETICAL QUESTIONS OF SANCTION CONSTRUCTION FOR EVASION FROM DISCHARGE OF DUTY TO CARRY OUT CRIMINAL PROSECUTION AND TO ACCEPT MEASURES TO ITS MAINTENANCE
Abstract. In article questions of construction of criminally-legal sanctions for evasion of officials of law enforcement bodies from discharge of duty, provided by part 2 of article 21 of the criminally-remedial code, are analysed. The substantiation of variants of differentiation of the criminal liability for the encroachments, and also concrete kinds of the basic and additional punishments, their terms is offered by the author.
