Abstract. The paper deals with the study of the structure, particularities and content of the constitutional right to secondary vocational education. Purposes of the right to secondary vocational education are disclosed by analyzing the novels of federal legislation in the sphere of education. Peculiarities of the right to secondary vocational education are identified on the basis of its constitutional and legal nature. Particular attention is paid to the structure of the constitutional right to secondary vocational education as a subjective right. The author concludes, that the right to secondary vocational education has a composite character. It includes a number of rights that disclose and concretize particularities of realization of constitutional right to secondary vocational education (for example, the right to training under the program of skilled workers and employees, the right to training under the program of mid-level professionals, etc.).
