Abstract. An attempt to define the concept of an explanation of enforcement of judicial acts to highlight specific features was made. It is proposed to amend the existing procedural legislation to drawing up reports hearing, allowing not only to control the correctness of the protocol, but also to understand the content of the judicial decision.
