Abstract. The article gives a clear account of the actual problem of theory of state and law. It relates to the systematization of law. The author analyzes the definition of specific signs of law-making technique, by means of the analysis of essence and practical purpose means of registration type as the most important supportive doctrinally and practical applications of law systematization.
