At the present stage of development of the economic system of the Russian Federation, environmental entrepreneurship is of priority importance in the process of informational neo-industrialization of society as the main factor in preserving the environment and increasing the level of climate and energy security of the state and society. Conclusions. As a result of the study, it is found that the legal regulation of non-documentary securities, including “digital green industrial mortgages” and “green bonds”, will increase the stability of the regulation of public relations, and allow the formation of a legal conceptual apparatus used in the future when resolving disputes that arise in the process of implementing economic activities by subjects of environmental entrepreneurship. The authors prove the need to include the term “long-term deal of environmental entrepreneurship” in the categorical apparatus of the civil legislation.
