Abstract. The article gives the analysis of the norms of updated civil legislation in terms of the demand for such organizational and legal form of commercial corporate bodies as full partnerships. The author substantiates the conclusion that such structure can be used, and full partnerships can take an active part in civil circulation only if they have exemptions and benefits provided by the government.
