Abstract. The article presents the definition of the contract system signed in the electric power industry. In particular, the author analyzes the types of contracts such as energy supply agreements, the treaty of accession to the technological infrastructure of the industry, a contract to provide electricity transmission services, the contract for dispatching control. In addition, the author investigates in detail the Federal Law “On electric power industry”.
