Abstract. This work is devoted to problems of legal regulation of the paid service agreement in the sphere of hunting farms. It deals with the issues relating to substantive aspects of the regulation of paid service agreement in the sphere of hunting farms, and its subject matter in particular, as well as some types of services in the sphere of hunting farms; the author proposes the definition the paid service agreement in the sphere of hunting farms.
