PROBLEMS OF ASSESSMENT COMPENSATION FOR MORAL HARM TO VICTIMS OF TERRORISM

Abstract. The author attempts to systematize the experience which has been accumulated by the Russian and international practice and works out recommendations on the solution of a problem dealing with the assessment compensation indemnification for moral harm to victims of terrorism. The main guidelines for further development of the mechanism of the assessment compensation for moral harm to victims of terrorism are proved and analyzed. The authorial mechanism of calculation of the amount of compensation for moral harm to victims of terrorism is proposed.
