Abstract. The article is devoted to the questions of optimization of civil-legal bases of the estimation of the investment appeal of the region. Civil-law bases of the estimation of investment appeal demand further perfection of the civil legislation regarding contractual regulation of investment relations. Thus, expediently, proceeding from subject structure of investment relations it is obvious to delimit the concepts of «the investment deal» and «the investment contract» and to fix them at the legislative level. It is necessary to recognize the enterprise character as a key sign of the investment deal.
