LOCAL RULE-MAKING TECHNIQUE: THE PRINCIPLE OF LEGAL MINIMALITY

Abstract. The article considers the realization forms of the legal minimality principle in local rule-making technique. The author’s definitions of such scientific terms as «local statutory act», «local rule-making technique», and «legal minimality» are contextually postulated. The author comes to a conclusion about the system-and-developing significance of the investigated principle for local stationary and legal acts as the means for lawful self-regulation.
