ABOUT LEGISLATIVE GUARANTEES OF ESTABLISHING A NEW FORM OF STATE GOVERNMENT IN AUSTRIAN IMPERIAL MONARCHY IN THE PERIOD OF CONSTITUTIONAL REFORMS IN 1860–1867

Abstract. The article reveals the essence of political-legal restrictions of imperious powers of the Austrian imperial monarchy as a result of carrying out the constitutional reforms in 1860–1867. On the basis of the analysis of the constitutional legislation of Imperial Austria the author highlights the rules of a new legislative order and the legislative rights of representative institutions and defines the legal frameworks of political action of autocracy in transition from absolutism to constitutional monarchy.
