Abstract. The author mentions the essential questions of the necessity of the further developments of the Russian legislation directed at the struggle against raider attacks which have become frequent recently. Modern research literature does not pay much attention to working out efficient mechanisms of eliminating an established tendency of illegal and force takeover of property from one owner to the other in this country that has become rather moneymaking and main business activities. The article
gives possible efficient viewed by the author methods of withdrawing Russian private property from the recessionary situation marked by illegal takeovers.
