Abstract. This article is devoted to the analysis of the theoretical and methodological problems of «nonclassic methods» in teaching of the history and methodology of jurisprudence. The author analyses a spectrum of approaches to the use of such methods as synergetics, hermeneutics, conceptology in law. The author demonstrates the possibilities of non-classical methods in law-making, law-enforcement, law-interpreting activities.
