Abstract. The correlation between a conflict situation and tactical risks in the investigation of violent crimes committed by women is shown in the presented research. The proposition is substantiated that the psychological status of women who committed violent crimes influences substantially the beginning of the conflict during the investigation and determines, in its turn, the part of the tactical risks.
