RECEIVING A JOB AS THE MAIN PROBLEM OF ENTREPRENEURIAL BUSINESS OF CONSTRUCTION ORGANIZATION

Abstract. The entrepreneurial business of a construction organization is directly connects with orders reception on accomplishment of building and construction works. The economic crisis has affected all areas of lifesustaining activity and its impact on the building industry is obvious. The year of 2009 was one of the most difficult year and the competition model of organization acquisitions and the allocation of work contracts began to receive more and more wide application, especially in the building industry. It became problematic to receive the order for performance of works and services for a usual civil engineering firm which does not have extensive communications, reputation and monetary fund.
