Abstract. The article is devoted to the formation of the Institute of International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation. The author analyzes the status of such laws as the Law of the Russian Federation “On International Commercial Arbitration”, the Federal Law “On arbitration courts in the Russian Federation” and others. The author deals with procedural matters of the International Commercial Arbitration in Russia.
