CIVIL LAW OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND REPUBLIC OF BELARUS: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE ACTIVE CAPACITY OF CITIZENS’ ITEMS

Abstract. The article is dedicated to the comparative analysis of the items which concerns the active capacity of citizens in Russian and Belarusian legislative systems. Having stated certain coincidence between legislative items in the Civil Codes of the Russian Federation and Republic of Belarus, the author underlines the substantial differences in terms of emancipation as a foundation for the equity of the active capacity of all citizens and young minors. The author analyses these or some other items of both Civil Codes and suggests some improvement on Russian civil legislation in force.
