Abstract. The article considers debatable questions of qualifying cases of the bribery connected with erroneous representation of persons, transferring a bribe subject, about some essential circumstances of commission of crime. The author undertakes an attempt to fit the general key to solving the variety of problems stated and gives recommendations on application of the criminal law in certain intricate cases.
