RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CATEGORIES OF “TECHNIQUE” AND “TECHNOLOGY” IN THE CONTEXT OF LAW IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract. The author considers the relationship between categories of “technique” and “technology” in the context of law. The analyses of the existing scientific concepts of “technique” and “technology”, discussions about their relationship allows us to formulate the conclusions about the “technicality” of legal activity in general and about the “technologicality” of its processes and events. This makes it possible to deduce the author’s definition of the category “technique” in legal activities. The legal symbols are most effective technical means in implementing the law.
