Abstract. The article is devoted to revealing of some problems of modern insurance legal relationships which are braking in the general investment process, and also to the ways of their solution as the insurance organizations, raising a powerful part of financial assets of managing subjects by their location in various kinds of investments, have a possibility to provide stimulation of their investment activities.
