Abstract. In the given article kinds of judgements of appeal instance are considered. The authors offer to classify all appeal decisions on justice certificates, certificates of judicial supervision and certificates of judicial control. In this regard, a number of proposals to amend the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation are introduced.
