Abstract. The author of the article analyzes the methods and ways of state sanctions on corporate activities, especially the methods of juridical and administrative regulation of an organization and corporation activities in the course of introducing the new economic policy by the Soviet state. The author defines the main guidelines of the state policy of using corporations for state interests.
