Abstract. The contents of the forensic characteristics of infanticide through the system of its separate elements are disclosed in this article. These elements include time and crime scene, modus operation and the personality of infanticide. The special attention is paid to the psycho-traumatic situation and its role in the motivation of women’s criminal misbehavior.
