Abstract. The article deals with such an actual legal technique issue as a legal regulation of participation in corruption crimes implication. The authors justify certain measures on allocating of concept a corruption crime and the list of such crimes in the Criminal code of Russian Federation, and as well addition to the norms of crime implication by instructions on a special kind of the executor (the person who is carrying out administrative functions) are proved.
