Abstract. The article deals with one of the mechanisms of qualified juridical assistance rendering. The article presents the issue concerning the perfection of drawing up of procedural acts by lawyers. The analyses
of the current lawmaking, law practices and theoretical points makes it possible to formulate certain demands that should be met in a bill of complaint.
