Abstract. The article is devoted to the investigation of the complex issue of realization of the principle of the presumption of innocence in the revision of judicial decisions that have entered into legal force in criminal procedure. The author comes to the conclusion that the assumption of innocence is manifested differently while lodging a complaint of a verdict of non-guilty and a verdict of guilty.
