Abstract. The article deals with the law basis of relationships that arise in medical treatment, and, in particular, the legal feature of relations arising while transplanting human organs and tissues. It is the author’s considered opinion that the above mentioned relations while transplanting should be regarded as those dealing with private law regulations and public law ones.
