Abstract. The author of this article characterizes such object of the penal protection as the order of governance; she also distyinguishes between this object and the object of the penal protection according to the Chapter 30 of the Criminal Code. The new categorization of the crimes entrenching
on the order of governance is offered. It is capable to help law-enforcement authorities in qualification of such kind of criminal acts.
