COMMON PATTERNS AND FUTURE TRENDS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF EDUCATION AT THE GLOBAL LEVEL
Abstract. Formation of the world market of educational services forces the Russian education system to provide conditions for international educational exchange. The paper aims to identify common patterns and priorities of modernizing and reforming legal regulation of world educational system at the global level through multilateral agreements between states and development of minimum legal standards by international organizations of special competence.
