SPECIFIC FEATURES OF SOME NORMATIVE ACTS REGULATING BANKING IN RUSSIA IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE WORLD FINANCIAL CRISIS

Abstract. The article is devoted research of legislative and subordinate legislation normative acts, acceptance or which change with the purposes of anti-recessionary regulation of activity of the credit organisations will allow to solve actual problems of preservation and development of the Russian banking system as a whole. In the article the comparative characteristic of normative acts of the Central bank of the Russian Federations regulating credit transactions of banks of commerce is given, banking legislation changes in connection with the developed real situation in a country monetary and credit system are analysed. The author also considers changing requests to specifications and indicators of activity of the credit organisations in a period of crisis. Following the results of an estimation of legal platforms of management the crisis phenomena in a banking sector the author formulate perspective possibilities and reference points of development bank activity in Russia.
