SOME PROBLEMS OF CORPORATIVE GOVERNANCE PRINCIPLES (JOINT-STOCK COMPANIES FOR EXAMPLE)

Abstract. The article deals with the analysis of corporative governance problems. The meaning of some definition such as corporation, corporative relation, corporative governance are investigated. Principles of corporative governance system is revealed as well as the role of Corporative Behavior Code in the formation of the system.
