SOME PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF ADVERTISING OF MEDICAL PRODUCTS

Abstract. The analysis of the modern Russian legislation in sphere of advertising of medical products is carried out. Features of legal regulation of advertising of medical products are revealed. Some problems arising in the course of a legal regulation of advertising of medical products are considered.
