LEGAL FORM AS AN INTEGRATIVE FACTOR

Abstract. The article devoted to integral law perception as a mean to social integration and solidarity. Author comes to a conclusion that current Russian Constitution is a law of transitive period, of the state that suffers from dire internal conflicts; the main topic of the Constitution is social integrity.
