Abstract. This article discusses the development of the institutional framework of the activities of Ministry of Internal Affairs in the fight against organized crime and human trafficking, in particular. The author, revealing the current stage of development of organizational and structural units of DCOC, MIA of Republic of Tajikistan concludes that combating human trafficking requires a comprehensive and systematic organization of the activities of all government agencies, non-governmental institutions and organizations. In conclusion, the researchers propose a number of proposals and recommendations.
