Abstract. The article deals with the peculiarities of legal regulation, taking into account the provisions of the law “On National Payment System”, for the electronic money transactions, using electronic means of payment. The law “On the national payment system” determines the order and features of the transfer of electronic money, including the possibility of transferring individual - subscriber network operator, orders on the implementation of such transfers with the help of radio-mobile networks, as well as the right to the payment system operator, in the cases and manner prescribed by the rules of the payment system, involve operations center, located outside the Russian Federation, to provide operational services to participants in the payment system. The article deals with the requirement for service provider, when working with individuals in accordance with the Law “On the National Payment System” and the regulations of the Central Bank of Russia. We study the regulations, used by the operator to customer information on completed transactions by using electronic money.
