Abstract. The article deals with the procedure for monitoring the risk of loss of the tour operator’s solvency, its constituents, contents, stages, and regulation. According to the author, a legal department should be created in every tour operator organization in order to allow comprehensive, full and daily monitoring of the indicator of financial solvency.
